Ingredients
Biscuit Base
• Digestive biscuits – 100 g
• Melted butter – 50 g
Cheesecake Filling
• Cream cheese – 200 g (room temperature)
• Fresh cream (whipping cream) – 150 ml (well chilled)
• Powdered sugar – 60 g
• Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
• Biscoff spread – 80 g (smooth)
Topping
• Biscoff spread – 60 g (melted)
• Biscoff biscuits – 2–3 (crumbled or broken)
👨🍳 Method
1️⃣ Prepare Biscuit Base
1. Digestive biscuits ko crush karke powder bana lein.
2. Melted butter mix karein.
3. 6-inch cake tin / bowl ke base me press karein.
4. Fridge me 15–20 min set hone ke liye rakhein.
2️⃣ Make Cheesecake Filling
1. Bowl me cream cheese aur powdered sugar ko smooth & lump-free beat karein.
2. Vanilla essence add karein.
3. Alag bowl me chilled fresh cream ko soft peaks tak whip karein.
4. Whipped cream ko cream cheese mix me gently fold karein.
5. Biscoff spread add karke light fold karein (over-mix na karein).
3️⃣ Assemble
1. Prepared filling ko biscuit base par evenly spread karein.
2. Top smooth karein.
3. Fridge me minimum 4–5 hours (best overnight) set hone dein.
4️⃣ Topping
1. Biscoff spread ko halka warm karke upar pour karein.
2. Crushed Biscoff biscuits se garnish karein.
3. 15 min aur chill karein.
