Ingredients (Makes 4 burgers)

For Chicken Patty
• Boneless chicken – 400 g (minced)
• Onion – 2 tbsp (very finely chopped)
• Garlic – 1 tsp (paste)
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Red chilli powder / paprika – ½ tsp
• Oregano / mixed herbs – ½ tsp
• Soy sauce – 1 tsp
• Mustard sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
• Egg – 1
• Bread crumbs – 3–4 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil / butter – for shallow frying

For Burger Assembly
• Burger buns – 4
• Lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Onion rings
• Cheese slices – optional
• Butter – for toasting buns

Simple Burger Sauce (Optional but Recommended)
• Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
• Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
• Mustard sauce – 1 tsp
• Black pepper – a pinch
Mix well and keep aside.

Method
1️⃣ Prepare Chicken Patty
1. Bowl me chicken mince, onion, garlic, pepper, chilli powder, herbs, soy sauce, mustard, egg, bread crumbs aur salt daalein.
2. Achhi tarah mix karein (over-mix na karein).
3. Haath me thoda oil laga kar round flat patties bana lein.
4. 10–15 min fridge me rest den (patty firm hogi).

2️⃣ Cook the Patty
• Pan Method (Recommended):
Pan me thoda oil/butter heat karein.
Medium flame par patties ko 4–5 min per side golden aur juicy hone tak cook karein.
• Crispy Option:
Patties ko pehle bread crumbs me coat karke shallow fry karein.

3️⃣ Toast the Buns
Burger buns ko butter laga kar tawa par halka golden toast karein.

4️⃣ Assemble Burger
1. Bottom bun + burger sauce
2. Lettuce + chicken patty
3. Cheese slice (optional, melt slightly)
4. Tomato + onion
5. Thoda aur sauce
6. Top bun
