Ingredients (2–3 servings)
• Ripe tomatoes – 5–6 medium (chopped)
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Garlic – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
• Ginger – ½ tsp (finely chopped)
• Onion – 1 small (optional, chopped)
• Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp (optional)
• Sugar – ½ tsp (optional, balance ke liye)
• Salt – to taste
• Water / vegetable stock – 2 cups
• Fresh coriander – for garnish
• Lemon juice – few drops (optional)
Method:
1.Base tayaar karein
Pan me butter + oil garam karein.
Garlic aur ginger add karke halka sauté karein (brown na ho).
2. Tomato cook karein
Tomatoes (aur onion agar use kar rahe hain) daal kar medium flame par pakayein jab tak soft ho jaayein aur oil alag dikhne lage.
3. Liquid add karein
Water / stock add karein. Salt, pepper, chilli powder aur sugar daalein. 5–7 min simmer karein.
4. Blend & strain (hotel style)
Gas band karke thoda thanda hone dein. Blender me smooth blend karein. Silky texture ke liye strain karein.
5. Final touch
Wapas pan me daal kar 2 min garam karein. Lemon juice adjust karein.
