Ingredients (10–12 Spring Rolls)
For Filling
• Cabbage – 1 cup (thin shredded)
• Carrot – ½ cup (julienne)
• Capsicum – ½ cup (thin sliced)
• French beans – ¼ cup (thin sliced)
• Spring onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 1½ tbsp
For Rolls
• Spring roll sheets – 10–12
• Maida + water slurry – for sealing
• Oil – for deep frying
👨🍳 Method
1️⃣ Prepare Filling
Wok / pan me oil garam karein.
Garlic add karke quick sauté.
High flame par sab vegetables daalein aur 1–2 min toss karein (crunchy rehni chahiye).
Soya sauce, pepper aur salt add karein.
Gas band karke filling ko completely cool hone dein.
2️⃣ Roll Banana
Spring roll sheet ko diamond shape me rakhein.
Neeche filling rakhein, sides fold karein aur tight roll karein.
End par maida slurry se seal karein.
3️⃣ Frying
Oil medium hot ho.
Rolls ko medium flame par golden aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
Paper par nikaal lein.
🍗 Non-Veg Option (Chicken Spring Roll)
• Veg filling ke saath 200 g boiled/shredded chicken add karein
• Soya sauce thoda badha sakte hain
